Scottsdale, Phoenix, junior Annie Bailey and Austin, Texas, senior Callie Dick, practice every morning from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. as part of the Baylor Crew team, a club rowing organization on campus. The two can often be seen rowing additional practices in the afternoon to get extra time in on the water.  Both joined the rowing team as freshmen, with no prior experience or knowledge of the sport. Now, the Crew team is a home for the two, and the double is their boat of choice.
